- Reverse CTRL option gone it now sends compatible CTRL codes
- TAB keycode uses ConnectBot compatible keycodes
- ESC keycode sends ASCII 0x1b ( need map ESC keycode ESC key t work)
- Shift+BACK sends ASCII 0x01b (Escape) (use t if want keep BACK m ESC key)
* Added Macron combin character (map 0x00af a key use it)
